Rocky Mountain Elder Law Sponsors Benefits in Action’s BOXED 2024

Rocky Mountain Elder Law is proud to sponsor BOXED 2024, a dynamic cooking challenge aiming to ignite culinary creativity and fuel vital community support. Attendees have the chance to enjoy a silent auction and wine pull, networking, and tastings in the kitchen before casting their vote for the top chef!

On October 9, this annual event raises funds for Benefits in Action, a non-profit committed to improving food security, health, and well-being for older adults and underserved populations across Colorado. Using the same grocery boxes delivered to homebound clients, guest chefs from local businesses will prepare tasting dishes to be judged by a panel and enjoyed by attendees.

Benefits in Action is critically important in our state, offering services like SNAP and Medicaid application assistance, ensuring that vulnerable community members receive the help they need. We share this dedication to supporting seniors and are delighted to contribute to an event with such a meaningful impact. By sponsoring BOXED, we are proud to help reach their goal of $50,000 to further empower these essential local services.

If you too, would like to support the important work that Benefits in Action does, you can make a one-time donation on their website. Alternatively, you could volunteer your time to support the mission in a variety of areas, from food delivery to community outreach.
