Paralegal

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal
  • Familiarity with Elder Law is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and motions
  • Maintain client files and databases
  • Communicate with clients, family members, and other professionals involved in the case
  • Schedule appointments and manage deadlines
  • Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in case preparation

Salary Range: $40-55,000 depending on experience

Elder Law Attorney

 Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Elder Law
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in estate planning

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to Elder Law
  • Develop and execute legal strategies to best serve clients’ needs
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of legal work
  • Communicate with clients, family members, and other professionals involved in the case
  • Attend legal proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials

Salary Range: $60-80,000 depending on experience
